General Information
We aim to provide care that’s thoughtful, efficient, and fair. We are a private billing clinic, with a small gap that supports high-quality care and reasonable wait times. Our fees reflect the time and care required to deliver a high standard of service.
New patients: If you book an appointment online, you’ll be provided with the form as part of the process. If you book by phone, please complete it at reception before your first appointment to make sure we’re ready for you on the day.
Our clinic uses the HotDoc online appointment booking process. If you are not already a HotDoc user, you will be required to sign up as part of our appointment booking process. Please download the free HotDoc app for either the iPhone or Android store.
Rates & Rebates
Payment involves an upfront fee that covers both the gap and Medicare rebate. In most cases your rebate is instantly processed at reception, after your appointment upon finalising payment.
All pricing below assumes access to a Medicare rebate. If you don’t have Medicare access, fees will differ.
10 min appointments are for simple, single-issues only ie. repeat scripts, referrals, basic results. They are not suitable for complex issues, mental health plans/ADHD, multiple concerns, or physical examinations.
General Consultations
Please Note: GP Consultation fees are based on the time and complexity of the care provided during your appointment. If more time is required than booked, your doctor may bill a longer consultation item.
Short Appointment - 10 minutes (offered by some Doctors)
Fee: $66 out of pocket after receiving Medicare rebate
(Not suitable for complex issues, mental health plans/ADHD, multiple concerns, or physical examinations)
Standard Appointment - 20 minutes
Fee: $75 out of pocket after receiving Medicare rebate
Extended Appointment - 40 minutes
Fee: $175 out of pocket after receiving Medicare rebate
After Hours
A surcharge of $54 applies on Saturdays and on weekdays before 8:00am or after 5:00pm
A surcharge of $75 applies on Sundays + Public Holidays
Please note: Missed GP appointments or late GP cancellations may incur the following Not Attend (DNA) fees.

Outstanding fees may prevent online bookings until resolved. Speciality services may incur unique DNA fees as outlined below.
Mole Mapping
60 Minutes
Comprehensive Skin Cancer screening with full body digital Mole Mapping
Our fee on Weekdays: $359 out of pocket after the Medicare Rebate
A $100 deposit is required. Refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before your appointment.
Iron Infusion
40 Minutes
Iron Infusion including iron infusion kit
Our fee: $287 out of pocket after the Medicare Rebate
Medicinal Cannabis
This appointment is also referred to Specialised Medical Consultation, fees differ from standard GP consultation fees.
Our fee: $180 out of pocket after the Medicare Rebate
Deposits are calculated based on the potential length of your appointment; however, you will only be charged for the actual time spent in consultation to ensure fair billing.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable and incur a Did Not Attend (DNA) Fee of $180.
Ear Microsuction (Wax Removal)
Our fee $135 No medicare rebate is available.
Nurse fee of $55 still applies for assessment if no suction is required. Please see your doctor if you are unsure if ear suction is required.
Ear Syringing - Requires a Doctors appointment. Fee $66 GAP + Medicare rebate
Biopsy/Procedure
20 - 40 Minutes
Initial procedural visit: $50 to cover surgical supplies. No Medicare Rebate
Second procedural visit: $210 procedure fee after the Medicare Rebate
Shave Biopsy: $150 after the Medicare Rebate
Laceration repair: $260 after the Medicare Rebate
Extensive skin lesion excisions as per prior discussion with proceduralist
Vasectomy
Vasectomy Service
Our fee is $1217.00 which includes a $100 deposit taken at time of booking the procedure.
A medicare rebate of $222.65 is available.
Implanon
Insertion of Implanon requires pre-insertion consultation with a Doctor.
Insertion: $173.20 after the Medicare Rebate
Removal: $286.20 after the Medicare Rebate
Removal and Insertion: $336.20 in total after the Medicare Rebate
IUD (Mirena/Kylena)
Insertion of IUD requires pre-insertion consultation with our IUD doctors. Script for IUD is provided at this consultation.
Insertion: $371.80 after the Medicare Rebate
Removal: Standard consultation fee. $66 after the Medicare Rebate
Covid & Flu Vaccinations
Effective 1 July 2025, Medicare will no longer subsidise the administration of COVID-19 vaccines in general practice settings such as INMC. As a result, a $15 fee will now apply to cover nursing time. The vaccine itself remains free of charge.
2026 Flu Vaccine: $35
FluMist Nasal Spray: $65 (2-17 year olds only)
COVID Booster: Free with a flu shot ($15 without)
Nurse
Fee: $55
For a consultation with the nurse including vaccinations, ear suction and other nursing services.
Dietitian
$250 for initial consults - 1hr
$150 for reviews - 30 mins
Occupational Health
All requests from third parties must be accompanied by a signed consent from each client. Each third party request must be paid in advance.
Case conference (20 mins): $250
File review and medical report: $495 standard. May attract further fees.
Please note each medical record transfer requires a File review.
Psychologist
Each Psychologist rates vary slightly.
Full cost is charged as a Did Not Attend (DNA) Fee if not cancelled within 24 hours.

Our failure-to-attend fee is in place to help keep appointments available for everyone.
Cancellations require a minimum of 4 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice will incur the full out-of-pocket fee for the consultation.
