About the Workshop: Parenting doesn't come with a manual, but understanding your child's emotional world can make all the difference. Circle of Security Parenting™ is an evidence-based, 8-week workshop designed to help parents better understand their child's attachment needs, strengthen connection, and respond with confidence during life's everyday challenges. Whether you're expecting your first child or parenting a young family, you'll gain practical tools to build secure, trusting relationships that support your child's emotional wellbeing for years to come. This is a welcoming, supportive group environment where there is no judgement or expectation of perfection, just an opportunity to learn, reflect and grow alongside other parents.
About Your Host: Elke Braithwaite is an experienced Lead Psychologist with a warm, collaborative and reflective approach. She has a special interest in supporting people through the many transitions of parenthood, from infertility, pregnancy and birth trauma to the challenges of raising young children. Previously working with the Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Association (PANDA) and in private practice, Elke draws on an attachment-based approach alongside training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy to help parents build stronger, more connected relationships with their children.

About the Workshop: Feel supported on your parenting journey, with a GP who truly gets it. For parents of babies aged six to twelve weeks, this relaxed and informative session with Dr Yiannis Efstathiadis is designed to help you navigate the often unpredictable early months of parenting. It’s not a formal consultation, but a supportive space to meet others and explore common concerns and questions with a caring, experienced GP.
About Your Host: Dr Yiannis brings both clinical expertise and real-life insight. Affectionately known as our resident baby whisperer, he understands that even the tiniest humans come with big personalities and even bigger questions. He brings the following expertise to you: Six years in Paediatric Emergency at the Northern Hospital First-hand experience as a dad to a “sassy, bright and amazing” toddler.
